Ruth Williams Johnson, 88, of Hixson, TN went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 21, 2017.
Ruth was a member of Abba’s House (Central Baptist Church), Lydia Life Group. Lovingly known as “Mama Ruth “to family and friends. She touched the lives of many with her kindness and good deeds. Ruth loved sewing, crafting and baking goodies for family and friends.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Charlies Johnson; grandson Clark Jackson; brother Bill Williams.
Ruth is survived by her son Jimmy (Janet) Jackson; sister Jean Wilson; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 24, 2017 from 4-8 pm at Lane Funeral Home on Ashland Terrace and on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 11-1 pm
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 pm in the funeral home chapel
Interment to follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens
