Betty Hilliard Bailey, 88, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, March 23, 2017 in a local healthcare facility.

She was the daughter of the late Clarence Donaldson Hilliard and Anna Beatrice Smith and one of 13 children. She was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church and a volunteer at Changed Lives for 20 years.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Edwin (Bud) Bailey, her parents and two sons; John Charles Bailey and Dan Warren Bailey.

Survivors include her sons, Mark (Robin) Bailey, Joey (Katie) Bailey and Robert Bailey; siblings, C.D. Hilliard and Jeanette Hilliard Fults; and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. 
 
Graveside services will be held at the Chattanooga National Cemetery at 10:00 am Monday, March 27, 2017.

Visitation will be 3-6 pm Sunday, March 26, 2017 at the funeral home.
