William L. Massingill, 87 of Red Bank, passed away December 13, 2018. He was a U.S. Army Veteran.
William worked as a purchasing agent for Moccasin Bend Mental Health Institute.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Arzelia Massingill who passed away in 2005.
Survivors include his daughters, Sandra D. Smith and Patricia Massingill; grand-daughter, Sandra D. Hughes; brother, Ronald Massingill.
There will be a private graveside service for the family.
