Dixie Sarver

Dixie Sarver, 88, of Chattanooga, passed away June 7, 2020. She raised four boys, after the youngest turned 14, she began working at Miller’s Brothers Department Store, which later became Belk’s. She was a member of Hixson United Methodist Church, where she loved to sing in the choir. She was preceded in death by her husband, William P. Sarver Jr., her parents, three brothers and one sister. Survivors include her four sons: Michael (Janice) Sarver, Gary (Tracy) Sarver, Keith (Phyllis) Sarver, Randy (Nancy) Sarver, six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a sister, Nancy. Visitation will be Wednesday, June 10, 2020 from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Lane Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home, with Judge Clarence Shattuck officiating, interment will follow at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
