Stanley Robert “Robbie” Milligan, Jr. 44, went peacefully to be with the Lord in Heaven on Saturday, June 12, 2021. He passed away just 8 days before his birthday, June 20. He was born in Signal Mountain, the son of Stanley Robert and Bernice Dodson Milligan. He is survived by his husband, Will Linder who were married December 22, 2018 in Chattanooga. He is also survived by his mother, sisters, Shanna, Heather and Pam and his sons, Channan and Bailey. Robbie is a Christian who truly loved God. He grew up in church with his family and loved to sing for the church. Robbie loved his family and always made sure his family was loved and taken care of. He truly lived his life to the fullest through laughter and jokes. He is known by many for being a prankster at best. Robbie loved spending time with his family and his friends and had the ability to reach out to people in a deep and positive way. The past couple of years, Robbie fought a hard battle with his illness but he truly was a fighter. Through it all, he kept his faith and continued to look up to God. He may have lost the battle, but he is now FREE and at home in Heaven with Jesus, his Dad and all the Angels. Family, friends and others whose lives Robbie has touched are invited to come celebrate his life at Lane Funeral home Friday, June 18, 2021 for visitation from 5-7 pm and Saturday June 19, 2021 from 11-12 with funeral service to follow at 12pm in the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home. Committal will be private and reception to follow service. Arrangements entrusted to Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace, Chattanooga TN 37415 www.lanefh.com 423-877-3524.
