Richard Jansen

Richard A. Jansen, 83, of Red Bank, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018

Richard was born to the late Arthur and Norma Jansen in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He joined the United States Air Force Reserves and United States Army. He worked 44 years in parts and sales service for Koehring Cranes. Richard was a member of the Red Bank United Methodist Church, and a supporter of Animal Welfare Causes and Pet Placement Center. Richard loved animals of all kinds, including birds, cats, wild animals and especially dogs.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and sister Arlene Bucholtz.
Richard is survived by his wife Barbara Jansen of Red Bank, TN; sons Mark Jansen and AL Jansen both of Milwaukee, WI and Dan Jansen of Red Bank, TN; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
Interment service will be private
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Red Bank United Methodist Church or Pet Placement Center of Chattanooga, TN.
