Mark Russell, 62, of Chattanooga Tennessee passed away Tuesday November 26, 2019 at his residence. He was born November 27, 1956. Those left to cherish Mark’s memory include brother, Randy Russell, special friend Gail Barrett and his Welcome Home of Chattanooga family. Mark was preceded in death by his father J.W Russell, mother Ruth Jones Russell, and sister Judy Russell Seymour. A Candlelight of Remembrance will be held at 1:00 pm, December 8th, 2019 at Lane Funeral Home.
