Judy Kay Peer, 69, of Chattanooga, TN., passed away Friday, August 18, 2017. She was born September 1, 1947 to the late Kenneth and Dalhia Proctor. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Smallwood; and brother, Pete Proctor.
Surviving are her husband, Ron Peer; daughters, Belinda (Ron) Bernard, Tessakay Marthaler ; a son, Matthew Tiller (Faith); step-daughter, Amy Lynn Hull (Rick); 11 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; brothers, Jack Proctor and Tim Proctor; sisters, Billie Jo Rich and Drema Clark; uncle, Nickey Proctor, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at Abiding Presence Church, 6326 Middle Valley Rd., Chattanooga, TN 37343.
