Jeffrey David Pena or Jeff to his family and friends, passed away from heart failure on December 9, 2019. He was 52 years old and was a resident of Lupton City, TN for the past 9 years. Jeff came to TN in 2010 from Olathe, Kansas.
He is survived by his wife of 9 years, Nikki Pena; his mother, Mary Jacobson; sisters, Judy Hunter and Heidi Terrell; a niece, Tiffany Harrison; and a nephew Julio Rosales. He also leaves behind our 15-year-old cocker spaniel Jasper, two guinea pigs and his two Ball Pythons, Ari and Izzy.
He is predeceased by his grandparents, David and Dorothy Hunter. Jeff was raised by his grandparents and looked up to his grandfather greatly.
After working 20 years as an operator for answering services, Jeff began driving for both Uber and Lyft. He loved being able to meet new people and help to make their day a little bit easier.
Jeff loved fishing and even captured several big cats from the Tennessee River. His past times also included bonsai trees, playing pool or poker online, going for drives and finding antique stores with his wife Nikki and just spending time with her and their puppy dog, Jasper.
