Jean Bouchard, 55, of Indian Shores, FL, passed away Monday, August 20, 2018. A native of Nicolet, Quebec he was born October 12, 1962 to Andre and Normande Bouchard. Mr. Bouchard was C.F.O. of Five Star Food Service. He enjoyed golf, tennis, and hockey. He was preceded in death by a sister, Guylaine Bouchard.
Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Sylvie Domaine of Indian Shores, FL, son, Jean-Beniot Bouchard (Lexz Sherwood) of Chattanooga, TN, daughter, Stephanie Bouchard of Indian Shores, FL, sister, Danielle Bouchard (Jean-Pierre Dumas) Trois – Rivieres, Quebec, Andre’ Domaine, Johanne Domaine (Gerry Perrier), and Alain Domaine.
Memorial Services will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Lane Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
