Our sincere condolences to the Espy Family. We know of his love and faith in Gad and wanted to share a scripture from God's word, a word of encouragement, Philippians 4:6,7. This peace of God is can reach in ways that seem impossible. James 4:8 encourages us to draw close to God and he will draw close to you. During this most difficult time we wish you much love and comfort.
Kind regards, Debbie and Family

I am just seeing this. I so wish I could be there. Uncle Harry was a fine Christian man. He life was an expression of Grace. He was so invested and interested in my ministry. He loved others and it showed in the way he lived his life. I have so many fond memories of my uncle. I hope i can live up to the legacy he left.

Harry Espy was a dedicated Christian missionary in his retirement years, both locally and internationally. He worked tirelessly for the Lord. He built children's beds for the orphanages in Honduras, and Habitat homes here in Chattanooga. He was an example of friendship in Christ to many, many people. He is missed but not lost. Like the Apostle Paul, Harry fought the good fight, he has finished the race, and he kept the faith. Godspeed, Colonel Espy. Godspeed.
