When a mother passes away the heartbreak is tremendous. You find that a part of you feels as if it will never heal. I pray that God gives you the strength to carry on and fill the void that your mother has left behind. Remember the great times you were blessed to share with Mrs. Gilreath because I will remember the conversations I had with her and the interest we shared in cross stitch and crochet. I loved your Mom. God bless you all.

My wife & I are very saddened at Aunt Helena's passing. We both loved her very much. The most important thing to me was that when I was a boy that she was always good to me. You never forget that. When we went to visit her she always made us feel welcome. I'm sorry we couldn't come to the funeral but I couldn't get the time off. My wife & I will miss her deeply. She was a very good Christian woman. May the Lord comfort you & strengthen you. One day we will all see her again.

I was so honored to know Helen and her family. I looked out my kitchen window this morning thinking of her. Helen had prisms that caught rainbows in her home, she also had her window seals with flowers and trinkets. I have several prisms, lemon balm, hens and chickens in my kitchen window, and when the rainbows come in my home, I think of her. I took some of her with me. I am so blessed to have known her. Much love!
