Helen Pendergrass Woods, of Red Bank, passed away Thursday November 2, 2017. She was born April 27, 1923 to the late Bruce & Carrie Pendergrass. She was also preceded in death by her husband, F.W. Woods; brothers, Ross Pendergrass and Rex Pendergrass. She was a member of Red Bank Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Nancy Daniel (Michael); son, Dale Woods (Mary Virginia); grand-daughter, Angie Cass (David); grandson, David Woods (Suzanne); grand-daughter, Katie Newman (Travis); 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 12:00-1:00pm at Lane Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 1:30 pm at Chattanooga Memorial Park, Rev. Brandon Gilvin will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis TN, 38105.
