Edwin E. Moore Sr.

SMSGT Edwin Eugene Moore, Sr. 75 of Hixson, TN went to be with our Lord March 11, 2020. Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. He joined the Air Force in 1961. He was in Special Ops and Rescue for 26 and a half years. He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran. Married his high school sweetheart Carol Ann Moore. He was preceded in death by his mother, father, two sisters, one brother and son. He leaves behind his wife of 58 1/2 years Carol Ann Moore,five children, eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one brother. Beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather and friend of many. We love you pop. A memorial mass will be held Thursday March 19, 2020 at St. Jude Catholic Church at 12:30 p.m. Inurnment will follow at 2:00p.m. at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
