David Richard Donohoe

David Donohoe, 60 of Chattanooga passed away June 1, 2018. He was a member of White Oak Methodist Church. David graduated from City High School and afterwards had a lasting career with Roadtec for 32 years. David loved the outdoors where he would spend long days fishing. These days would come to a close under the sunset, in front of his grill, and surrounded by family. He greatly enjoyed his metal detecting hobby, where he would uncover treasures to add to his collection of coins and antiques. One of his greatest achievements was hiking the Appalachian Trail.

David is preceded in death by parents James and Bertha Knight Donohoe, and brothers Stanley and Steven. He is survived by loving wife Verna Donohoe, daughter Katie, grandson David, and brother Robert.

Visitation will take place 4 to 6 pm Tuesday June 5 2018, at Lane Funeral Home.
