Claudette B Armstrong

Claudette Blair Armstrong, 75, of Ringgold, died June 24, 2020.  She was born on April 14, 1945 the daughter of the late Leroy and Rose (Newton) Blair.  Claudette was of the Baptist faith and a faithful wife, devoted mother and grandmother that will be sorely missed by her family to remember her as the sweetest person ever known.  In her times of pleasure, she enjoyed cooking for her family, bingo, genealogy, reading and crosswords, but most of all, Nebraska football games!  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Margaret Ann Hinsley, and siblings: June, Evelyn, Helen, Leroy, Michael, Denny, Pete and Arnold.  She leaves behind her loving husband, Larry L. Armstrong; siblings, Marian, Vivian, children: Janette Lee (Kenneth) Killian, Charles (Linda) Hinsley, Claudette Rose (Troy) Norviel; step-children that she loved as her own, Kathleen Amanda (Rick) Kokoruda and Don Andrew Armstrong as well as many grand and great-children and a host of extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 9-10am Wednesday, July 1, 2020 with a memorial service to follow at 10am in the Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home which will also be live-streamed by going to the link on her tribute page.
