Clarence Winfred Phillips

Clarence Winfred Phillips, 87, of Chattanooga, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2020. Reverend Phillips was a minister in the Church of God for over 50 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances and granddaughter, Kaitlyn Swanner. He is survived by his daughters, Angie (Jeff) Dockery, Paige (David) Swanner, grandchildren Heather (Danny) Baker, Andrew (Fara) Dockery, Ashley Dockery, Maigan (Christopher) Yarber, Madison Swanner, Kaleb Swanner, Regan Baker, Jaila Rhinehart, Kyndal Baker, Keegan Baker, Felicity Dockery, and Peyton Dockery as well by many loving nieces and nephews. A private graveside service for the family will be officiated at Chattanooga Memorial Park by Bishop Charles Pittman.
