Charles Leroy Edmonds, a long time resident of Signal Mountain, passed away Saturday, February 8 in a local hospital. He was a loving husband and father. He was preceeded in death by his father, Dave Edmonds, his mother, Lillie Edmonds, brothers Earl Edmonds (Barbara) of Signal Mountain and Harold Edmonds (Karla) of Dayton, TN.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years Verna Edmonds, sons David Edmonds, Roy Edmonds, and Glenn Edmonds (Becky) and daughters Jessica Price (Matt) and Dava Hodges (Jason), along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service will be held Thursday, February 13 at 12 noon at Lone Oak Church of God (26 Hall Cemetary Road, Signal Mtn) with Reverend Glen Key and Brother Glenn Edmonds officiating. Visitation will be held from 11- 12 preceeding the service.
