Carolyn Johnson

Carolyn Joyce (Whitson) Westmoreland Johnson, 74, of Kingston, went to be with her Savior on Sunday, June 13, 2021. Member of New Midway Baptist Church, Kingston, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Eunice Whitson, husbands, Charles William Westmoreland and Charles Delbert Johnson, stepdaughter, Rannell Davison and brother-in-law Jim Acuff. She is survived by son, David (Kimberly) Westmoreland; sisters, Dorothy (William) Cline, Linda Acuff, Gloria (Edwin) Hansen, brother, Larry (Marcia) Whitson; stepdaughters, Nancy (Dennis) Sampson, Debbie (Randall) Whitten, and stepbrother-in-law, Randy Davison. Three step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren; beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbors, and special friend Mary Parris. Previously worked for TVA in Chattanooga, TN and Y-12 in the Physical Testing and Analytical Chemical Departments retiring in 2012. Graveside service will be held Friday, June 18 at 11:00 am at Chattanooga Memorial Park, with Pastor Rod Garrett officiating. Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
