Brenda Dianne (King) Everett

Mrs. Brenda Diane Everett, age 69, of Signal Mountain, Tennessee took her Heavenly flight on Tuesday evening   May 16, 2023.

Brenda was born July 6, 1953 in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late Charles and Dorothy King.  She was a 1971 graduate of Red Bank High School, and of the Baptist faith.   Brenda was a great sister, loving wife, and a friend to all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Dwayne  King, and nephew, Elliott King.

Surviving are her devoted husband of 51 years, Gary Everett; sisters, Karen Holloway (Lloyd) and Becky Edmonds (Glenn); sister-in-law, Judy King; nieces and nephews: Katie Holloway Anderson (James), Brian King, Josh Holloway and Nick Edmonds.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 19, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. in Coulter Chapel of Lane Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park. 

The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 A.M. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Walden’s Ridge Emergency Services, 2100 Taft Highway, Signal Mountain, TN  37377, or to Amedisys Hospice, 7205 Lee Highway Suite B, Chattanooga, TN 37421, in Brenda’s memory.
