Betty C. Arthur, 78, of Chattanooga, TN passed away May 6, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary F. Shaw and brothers, Richard and Ronald Cunningham.
Survivors include her daughters, Mary Ann (Vince) Fant, Brenda (Ed) Mathis, Betty Jo (Kyle) Avinger, Gina Cox, Cheryl Arthur and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
