Alice Boring Lambert, 77, of Rock Spring, Georgia, formerly of Hixson, TN, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 15, 2017
Alice was a member of Peavine Baptist Church. She retired doing what she loved, being a waitress
Alice is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years of marriage, Rufus Lynn Lambert; parents William, Sr. and Irene Boring; three siblings.
Alice is survived by her children Tony ( Tammy) Lambert , Janet ( Tim) Middlebrooks and Julie O’Neal; grandchildren Brandie ( Jeremy) Kay , Megan ( Michael) Rider , Brittney ( Jack) Grooms, Kandace Blomberg , Stewart ( Amanda) O’Neal , Shane ( Cyntoia) Lambert and Kyle Black; eleven great grandchildren; brother William Boring Jr.; sisters Betty Carringer and Margie Snyder
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 5-7 pm at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace and Thursday from 12-2 pm
Funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm on Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Denny Patrick
Interment to follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park
