• Red Bank Chamber Auction

  Saturday, May 19, 2012 : 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM

  The Red Bank Council of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce is announce the annual fundraising auction. Auction proceeds will benefit Red Bank City schools as well as the City of Red Bank's missing child indentification fund to prevent and aid in local missing children. This event will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 19th at Play Dog Excellent, 4113 Dayton Blvd.

• Shoes for Orphan Souls

  Wednesday, August 01, 2012 to Friday, August 31, 2012

  Shoes for Orphan Souls, a ministry of Buckner International, has distributed more than 2.0 million pairs of new shoes to vulnerable children in the United States and to orphans in 69 countries around the world.
  Each year we are one of the drop off stations for the August shoe drive. Please help us by donating a pair of shoes and/or socks to a needy child.

November Events

• Lion's Club Pecan Sale

  Thursday, November 01, 2012 to Sunday, December 23, 2012

  Each year the Lion's Club sells pecans during the holiday season. The proceeds from this sale go to help children with eye care needs. The varieties available include plain, roasted, praline, white chocolate covered and dark chocolate covered pecans. You may pick up the pecans at our funeral home.

• Candlelight Service

  Saturday, December 01, 2012 : 12:00 AM to Friday, December 21, 2012 : 12:00 AM

  Candles are lit for many different reasons, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries or a special occasion. We even light candles at the death of a loved one to symbolize the eternal flame of love that burns within our hearts for them. Join us at Lane Funeral Home as we host a "Holiday Reflections" Candlelight Service each year in early December. There will be a special guest speaker to provide ways to help you through the holidays. An ornament will be provided to personalize and place on the "Tree of Remembrance" or you are welcome to take it home. Refreshments will also be provided immediately following the service. Bring your family and friends.
