Willie Jean Phillips, 85, of Chattanooga, passed away December 3, 2017. She was a 70 year member of Grandview Church of God. She was a piano player and sang. Mrs. Phillips loved being around her family.
Survivors include her husband of 71 years, Mitchell “Crickett” Phillips; two sons, Terry L . Phillips (Jeanine), Gary W. Phillips (Robin); five grandchildren: Gregg (DeeDee), Chris (Heather), Ashley (Jim), Seth (Carrie) and Emma-Kate; nine great-grandchildren: Tyler, Logan, Alex, Bailee, Claire, Jaymee, Gray, Charlotte & Garrett.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday in the Chapel of Lane Funeral Home. Rev. Sammy Hughes will officiate. The family will receive friends 4:00-8:00 pm Tuesday and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Hamilton Memorial Gardens.
