Mary Diane Clements, 39, of Chattanooga passed from this temporal life on earth to the joy and serenity of eternal heaven on Saturday, October 7. She leaves behind parents, Mike and Diane Clements; son Caylen Bridges age 10; three siblings: John, Hannah (Cothron), and Caleb; three nieces: McKinley and Saylor Cothron, Brooklyn Clements; nephew Kase Clements; Aunt Peggy Scroggins and Uncle Gene Clements. She loved to spend time with her nieces, nephew and her grandmother Irene Scroggins.
Mary was born and lived in Chattanooga her entire life. She made a profession of faith in her early teens and was baptized at White Oak Baptist Church. Mary was active in the Youth Department, sang in the Youth Choir, and participated in Hamilton County Baptist Association Bible Drills. Mary was a member of Red Bank Swim Team and lifeguard for Spring Valley Subdivision pool. She attended Red Bank High School, where she was a cheerleader. Mary received an associate’s degree in Communications from Chattanooga State.
A memorial service will be held in the sanctuary at White Oak Baptist Church, 310 Memorial Drive, Chattanooga, Tennessee at 6PM, Thursday, October 12.
