Joseph Hobert Plank, 41, of Signal Mountain, went to be with the Lord and his loved ones on Sunday, November 12, 2017.  He was a member of Sawyer Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Rev. and Mrs. Hubert Winton, and Mr. and Mrs. Orville Plank, all of Signal Mountain. 

Surviving are his wife, Brittany Buffington and son, Julian; parents, Randy and Trisha Plank; siblings, Jill Plank Jack, Sam, Will and Tessa Plank; nephews, Koty, Aidan and Tommy; niece, Macy Mae.  Joe had a kind and giving heart and even in death, he was able to touch lives with Organ Donation. Joey was a loving father, son, brother and friend.  His laughter will be greatly missed.

Funeral Services will be 3:30 pm Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Sawyer Missionary Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends 4:00-8:00 pm Wednesday at  Lane Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.   Burial will follow the service in Sawyer Cemetery.
