Jaxon Cole Williams, 2, of Chattanooga, TN,
Born June 22, 2015 in Chattanooga, TN to his loving mother, Megan Johnston and his loving father, Chris Williams gained his angel wings on November 14, 2017 after a courageous tough battle against childhood cancer. Jaxon was greeted in heaven by his great-grandparents: TF Hughes, Ira and Joann Williams, Jimmy "JJ" Johnston Sr., and Earl and Andrea Harrison.
Those left to cherish his precious memories and continue the fight to find a cure against childhood cancer are his loving parents, big brother, Bryson Williams and little sister, Marleigh Williams; his very best furry friend Tanzy; grandparents: Rick and Jane Williams, Mike and Pam Patton, Tommy Johnston, and Marie Johnston; his great-grandparents: Bob and Hazel Cobb, Ron and Linda Patton, Lynn Johnston, and Pat Deal; his uncles: Richard (Natalia) Williams, Chris (April) Hester, and Hunter Johnston; his aunts: Mandy Patton, Cori Patton, Mandy (Brandon) Stocklem, and Michaella (Bobby ) Ramsey; a host of cousins, great uncles and great aunts, and an amazing amount of friends.
Jaxon carried a smile that lit up a room and a pucker for a kiss that would melt your heart. Jaxon loved everything about life and brought joy to everyone he met. Jaxon continued to show everyone daily the amazing strength he had fighting his battle and never once complained. Jaxon did not lose his fight but was crowned the champion as he entered heaven.
Jaxon's family request that in lieu of flowers, to please donate to one of the following in his memory to help future children: Lana's Love Foundation ,Children's Hospital at Erlanger
,St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and/ or to Target House for St. Jude families.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 17, 2017 from 5-8 pm at Lane Funeral Home, Ashland Terrace and on Saturday, November 18 from 1-2 pm at Metro Tab Church
A Celebration of Life service for Jaxon will be held at 2 pm on Saturday at Metro Tab Church with Dr. Steve Ball and Pastor Eddie Suttles officiating.
Interment will follow in Chattanooga Memorial Park
