Frank William Flanangan, age 78, of Ringgold, GA, went to be with the Lord on November 25, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Frank proudly served his country in the US Navy and worked many years as a machinist for Road Tech. He was preceded in death by parents, Houston and Annie Flanagan; and brothers Paul, Bob, Charlie, Johnny and Tommy. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife of 45 years, Donell Flanagan; daughters, Donna Parker and husband Gary of Hixson, and Brenda Roderick of Oklahoma City, OK; son, Troy Toles of Ringgold, GA; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Family and friends will meet at 2:30pm Monday for a Graveside Service at Chattanooga National Cemetery with full military honors, pastor Steve Cape officiating.
