Edward “Ted” Wrightson Bedoit, 93, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010. He was born March 14, 1916 to the late Edward J. and Natalie...
Edward “Ted” Wrightson Bedoit, 93, of Chattanooga, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010. He was born March 14, 1916 to the late Edward J. and Natalie Wrightson Bedoit. An alumnus of Central High School, he served three years in the Army Air Corps as a pilot in World War II. He was a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He was also preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Ayer Bedoit.
Survivors include his sister, Natalie Bedoit Whortan of Ooltewah; three nieces: Natalie (Jim) Brownof Lakewood, CO, Rebecca (Keith) Riggs of Cincinnati, OH and Marcia (Jim) Fletcher of Ooltewah; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday in Chattanooga National Cemetery with Rev. Dana Lynn Broom officiating with full military honors. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Thursday at Lane Funeral Home, 601 Ashland Terrace. Ted Bedoit
